Cancellation Policy
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for payment of the full time reserved at booking, even if the service is completed sooner than expected.
Changes made the day of your appointment, including removing or declining services originally booked, will still be charged based on the full reserved appointment time.
